The Surface Mount Kit allows you to mount the Spitzlift to just about any vehicle (flatbed trucks, sprinter vans, pickups)!  It is designed to bolt through the bed of the vehicle to the vehicle's frame.  The surface mount kit ships with the mount as well as the post base.  The surface mount kit is available in a 12' x 12' mounting plate for smaller applications, or in a 15' x 15' mounting plate for larger applications.
